HoneyCrisp

Large, distinctly crisp, and flavourful apple - sweet, trace of pear flavor, very little trace of acidity.​

Great for eating fresh & drying. 

Ruby McIntosh

A crisp, deep crimson red apple with white flesh. Refreshingly sweet.​

Great for eating fresh, baking or drying.

Pioneer McIntosh

A crisp red, crimson apple with white flesh. Refreshingly sweet & crunchy. 

Great for eating fresh, baking or drying. ​

Cortland

Originates from McIntosh with good, crisp flavor. ​

Good for eating fresh, cooking, drying, juice & cooking. 

Lobo

Red flushed, crisp,  sweet & smooth.​

Great for eating fresh, cooking & sauce.​  

Paula Red

One of the best tasting early varieties. Mild sweetness with a taste that seems to improve with time.  Small to medium size.​

Empire

Empire apples are red, juicy, firm, crunchy and sweet.  Empire apples are excellent for eating fresh or salads and also good for baking or freezing. 

Freedom

Large bright-red fruit with a juicy tender flesh great for fresh eating, cider, juicing and cooking.


Lavender

Folgate

The sweetly aromatic Folgate is an excellent source of lavender oil and flower parts for culinary use.

Munstead

An English Lavender that has fragrant, cool lavender-blue spikes.  Excellent in fresh or dried bouquets.

Melissa

More of a nontraditional lavender with its slightly pink/white flower.  Excellent mixed with Folgate or Munstead for a beautiful Bouquet.
