Welcome to McGregor’s Orchard, we would like to introduce ourselves to you. Pictured above are Mandy (mom), Cameron (dad), Ross, Charlotte and Harvey. We are a small family owned and run business growing apples (and a bit more) for direct sale to our customers.  We take a lot of pride in growing and producing things here right on our farm and try to add and expand our available products every year. 

In 2016, we planted the first apple trees on our farm at 704 Clifford Sideroad. Our medium density planting of dwarf trees encourages the trees to start producing apples more quickly than a typical planting of standard trees. Each tree has been planted by hand and is supported with a wooden or steel post. 

We have planted an assortment of varieties that should thrive in our climate here in the Ottawa Valley and ripen as the season progresses, giving us fresh apples for as long as possible. We currently grow the following varieties:

Located on a quiet country road not too far from the highway, we hope a little time here can give you a boost from the simplicity of nature.  Whether you have ten minutes to pop in to our small and rustic orchard store or more time to spend picking your own and exploring the grounds, we hope you enjoy what we work hard to offer. 

In season, you can pick your own apples, pumpkins, as well as fresh flowers.  You can take a walk on Gloria’s pathway and breathe in the fresh air.  There are plenty of natural photo backgrounds here for your digital footprint as well and we encourage you to tag and share with us! The short walk from the parking area gives kids (and adults) the chance to visit with our egg-laying chickens and our sweet sheep.
